Principal and Owner - Responsible for all aspects of managing a successful sole practitioner architectural consulting firm in New York City.
My strength is in understanding the client’s requirements, ambitions and identifying unique solutions for those challenges through careful resolutions of zoning and site restrictions. It has been my privilege and responsibility to work with DCP, HPD and LPC on several successful projects.
As the Principal of my firm, I am responsible for authoring original architectural design ideas and concepts. My responsibilities include management of the architectural design process, authoring creative architectural solutions from project conception, throughout design documentation and the construction process.
Architectural test fits and massing studies based on mixed se developments.
Zoning studies and test fits for various sites throughout the five boroughs of the City.
Ground up design of new construction residential commercial and mixed use buildings.
Design for rehabilitation and change of use for existing buildings.
TEACHING
Adjunct Professor at Pratt Institute School of Construction Management and frequent guest critic at the Undergraduate Interior Design Program.
